Rawdon is a small town located on the Ouareau River in Southwest Quebec, about 45 minutes north of Montreal. The Canadian Shield Mountains surrounds this little town with their lakes and mountains and is a haven to tourists from all over the world.

One of the attractions of Rawdon is the 100 acre Ski Montcalm which was established in 1969. There are 22 trails here which are spread over three bright and sunny slopes. With an emphasis on family fun, Ski Montcalm has slopes of every level of ability.

The summit is at 1,085 ft (331 meters) and the Vertical is 465 ft (143 meters). Annual snowfall is around 150 inches (381 cm) and snowmaking is 75%.

The 22 trails are rated Beginners – 30%, Intermediate – 40% and Expert – 30%. The longest run is 3,300 ft (1,006 meters).
The five lifts including 1 Quad chair, 2 Triple chair, 2 Double chairs and 3 surface lifts guarantee that there will be no waiting lines at a capacity of 7500 per hour.

The operating hours are all week 9 AM to 4 PM. No night skiing is offered in this park.
