Trails/Slopes

Schmallenberger Sauerland offers skiers a variety of adventures on the slopes. With six separate ski areas, you can enjoy a new experience and fabulous views each trip down the slopes. The runs are designed with all skill levels in mind, with runs suited for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced skiers. Many of the runs are broad and well-suited for beginners, children, and snowboarding. All of the ski areas are serviced by modern lifts, ensuring a smooth and easy ride to the top of the slopes and little wait time for your next trip down the run.

 

Other Activities

When you need a break from the excitement of the slopes, there are some other activities Schmallenberger Sauerland offers. Kids and adults alike will have a blast snowtubing. Sledding and tobogganing are also popular. In fact, the area has nine sled runs with their own elevators.

Snowboarders can enjoy adventure on several of the area slopes, as well as in the three snowboard parks designed for freestylers and other snowboarders. The parks have a variety of features for an exciting snowboarding experience, including jumplines and other obstacles.
