Trails/Slopes

The 38 runs in Oberstdorf are ideally suited for all skiers, with runs for beginner, intermediate, and expert skiers. The majority of the slopes are designed for those skiers of an intermediate ski level. Downhill pistes cover a total of 44 kilometers. Oberstdorf also has 85 kilometers of cross country ski trails. The slopes are serviced by 26 modern ski lifts, ensuring a smooth and efficient ride to the time, and little wait time. The resort sits at an elevation of 820 meters above sea level, and the highest point on the ski area is 2,220 meters above sea level. Oberstdorf ensures a smooth and even slope surface for your skiing adventure with 10 snow cannons that are able to spread artificial snow in the event the surface becomes uneven or thin.

Other Activities

Snowboarding is permitted on some of the slopes, as well as in the snow park. In winter months, families will enjoy the family center, where kids can sled, build snowmen, play crazy golf, and even dance at a discotheque.
