Mont Orignal ski resort, Canada

Lac-Etchemin is a municipality in Quebec, Canada which takes its name from Etchemin Lake. It is in this beautiful Chaudière-Appalaches region that Mont Orignal is located. To get to this resort, visitors may travel from Quebec by car or bus via Highway 277.

One of the highlights of this ski resort is the 6 seat lift that can transport 2500 passengers to the top of the mountain in less than five minutes. There are two more lifts including a rope tow in this ski resort.

The summit elevation here is 612 meters and the slope is 300 meters. There are 23 trails of which 11 are lit for night skiing. Snowmaking is 100% of the ski area. There is a Halfpipe and 3 slides on tubes.

The main activity here is Cross-Country skiing over 54 km of fresh, unspoiled wilderness.
