Mont Habitant ski area, Canada

Saint-Sauveur is a small town in the Les Pays-d'en-Haut Regional County Municipality, Quebec in the Laurentian Mountains, about 70 km north of Montreal. This area is known for its beautiful ski areas which are known locally under the name of “Valley of Saint-Sauveur”. Mont Habitant is one of the ski areas in this picture perfect valley.

The elevation of the mountain is 551 ft (168 meters) and the vertical drop is 600 ft (183 meters). Mont Habitant offers a skiable terrain of 33 acres with the longest trail of 3000 ft (914 meters).

There are 11 trails or runs with 8 of them being available for night skiing all days of the week. The trails are rated Beginner – 45%, Intermediate – 45% and Expert – 10%.

The operating hours are from Monday to Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM and Weekends from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Snowmaking trails are 100% and there are three lifts including 2 Quad chairs and 1 magic carpet.
 Additional activities here include Christmas Camp, Private lessons, pre-school programs and family oriented programs.
