Massif du Suc ski mountain, Canada

Located about 90 km from Quebec City, Canada, the Massif du Suc is a popular ski mountain nestled between the village of Saint-Philémon in Bellechasse and the village of Saint-Damien-de-Buckland in Canada. The slogan here is “The best kept secret”. Fridays are the days to go skiing in this resort because the snow conditions are optimal as the resort is closed from Monday through Thursday.

This is the highest mountain in all of Quebec. However, its vertical is not the highest since its base elevation is already 515 meters (1,690 ft). The vertical is 400 meters (1,312 ft) since the top elevation is 915 meters (3,002 ft).

The skiable area is a fantastic 90 acres of stunning scenery on which there are 17 trails rated Beginner – 14%, Intermediate – 17%, Advanced – 31% and Expert – 38%. The longest run is 3.5 km.

There is 1 Quad chair and 1 surface lift for a lift capacity of 1,600 persons per hour. Average snowfall here is about 600 cm (236 inches). Night skiing is not offered here.
