Innisfail Ski Resort, Alberta, Canada

Situated in the most urbanized region in the province of Alberta, the Calgary-Edmonton Corridor, the town of Innisfail has access to two of the busiest airports in Canada: Calgary International and Edmonton International. In addition to these two airports, the town of Innisfail also has its own airport through which visitors can enter the province of Alberta to enjoy the region’s natural attractions.

The Innisfail Ski resort has upgraded its facilities recently. The highlights of the area include a curling rink with four sheets of ice and a twin-ice arena which are both popular with the visitors of all ages.

In addition to the ski facilities at Innisfail Ski Hill, there are numerous cross country ski trails. This ski hill has a rope tow.

Other attractions in the area include 3 tennis courts, outdoor water park, BMX course, skateboard trail, hiking trails, wildlife viewing platform, water-skiing and paved biking trails.

Depending on the time of the year, visitors can also participate in the festivals such as the Innisfail Concrete toboggan festival, Innisfail Golf Course Annual Minor Hockey Golf Tournament, Innisfail Dog Service Training Centre Demonstrations and the Rodeo parade.
