This ski resort is located near the beautiful city of Huntsville, Ontario near the Algonquin Provincial Park area. International visitors can arrive in this province via the Toronto International Airport or The Ottawa International Airport. The average snowfall here is 343 cm (125 inches). The season starts in December and usually ends in March. Snowmaking is about 90%.
There are 3 quad chairs and 1 handle tow for an uphill capacity of 6500 persons per hour. The longest run here is 580 meters (1902 ft) and the vertical is 100 meters (333 ft).
Skiers and other visitors can enjoy the breathtaking scenery of 35 pristine acres of land which has a base elevation of 289 meters (949 ft) and a summit elevation of 389 meters (1276 ft).
There are eleven runs along with the Beginners Hill and Terrain Park. The runs are rated Beginner – 30%, Intermediate – 35% and Expert – 35%.
Hours of operation are daily from 9AM – 4 PM. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, the resort may stay open until 10PM for night skiing. Two quad chairs and three main runs plus the Terrain park are lit for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts.
