The town of Kamsack, Saskatchewan is nestled in the picture perfect Assiniboine River Valley in Saskatchewan, Canada. Here, visitors enjoy the scenic beauty of the place known as “The garden of Saskatchewan”.  The Duck Mountain provincial Park near the town of Kamsack is the home of the popular Duck Mountain ski area.

The operating hours at Duck Mountain are from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM depending on weather conditions. The vertical here is 325 feet, the largest drop in all of Saskatchewan.  The Duck Mountain ski area is built on solid 35 acres of invigorating, pristine wilderness.

There are 21 beautiful trails on this mountain which are rated Beginner – 25%, Intermediate – 50% and Expert – 25%. The longest run here is an astonishing 5000 ft!
There are 3 lifts in this park including 2 T-bars and a handle tow which create an uphill capacity of 1500 per hour. The annual snowfall here is 3 feet and 100% natural snow is used (no snowmaking here).

A snowboard Terrain Park offers people 2 runs, 5 straight Rails, 20 ft Rainbow Half Pipe and 3 jumps.
Activities in Duck Mountain ski area include skiing, snowboarding and family entertainment.
