Cerro Catedral ski resort, Argentina

Just 12 miles from the city of Bariloche in Argentina, Cerro Catedral is the most developed ski resort in the country with mountain peaks looking like gothic cathedrals.

At a high elevation of 6800 feet the resort promises great skiing for all levels. There are 29 lifts in total across 53 trails which include 1 quad chair, 2 six person chairs, an aerial tramway, 17 surface lifts and 2 t bar lifts. The resort has a mix of skiing with approximately 45% of runs suitable for intermediate skiing, 30% for the advanced skier and 25% for beginners. Snowboarders will enjoy the snowboarding park. Bariloche is a beautiful town with Swiss style architecture and renowned for its chocolate shops. With restaurants and cafes, this is the perfect place for après ski activities.
