The villages that make up the ski area are Brigels, Waltensburg and Andiast and they have a surprisingly large selection of hotels to choose from along with some cosy self-catering chalets and a wide range of restaurants. Families are more than welcome and are well catered for with children’s areas and wide uncrowned pistes. Along with great skiing there is also some toboggan runs, a snow tube park, 15 kilometres of cross-country tracks, snow bikes and 40 kilometres of snowshoe trails, including Switzerland’s first snow shoe treasure trail. The area is also close to the larger Flims-Laax-Falera, which allows you to stretch your ski legs even further and the Vals thermal spa (if you stretch too far!).
